What a Wedding!
Planning an intimate wedding from halfway across the world is no small feat and most would call it stressful. But from the moment I reached out to Paul, I felt completely at ease. No question or concern went unanswered, even when I was sending 3 a.m. emails his time!
On the day of the wedding, I was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail from his team. Every waiter created a beautiful atmosphere, kept everyone’s drinks topped up, and brought such positive energy to the celebration. The food was incredible from canapés to dessert, every dish impressed our guests and made the day even more memorable.
Paul went above and beyond, and we can’t thank him enough for making our wedding so special. If only we could take him with us back to New Zealand!

Where to start? I never thought I would ever taste a cheese beignet made by you again…. they are food for the angels. Those little tarts cut in half to tempt you to have another of a different kind which of course I did…. I would like a box of them at home for moments that need cheering up..... AND that chocolate mousse. No words to describe it?…. a SENSATION. Everyone thought so. In short everything perfect...THANK YOU.

Thank you so much for your enormous help last Saturday. It was marvellous not having to think and to have someone who so reliably takes charge and clears up so thoroughly. Everything was delicious. The chicken was excellent and the puds amazing. It was the best chocolate mousse I have ever tasted and we were very pleased to have some left over.

Where to start…. From the moment I engaged the Tailor Made Top Nosh team through to our event I knew at every step what a fantastic choice we had made for the gala dinner to celebrate my mums 80th and my wife’s 60th birthdays. We were a large group of 3 generations and everyone of us enjoyed the fantastic food, effortlessly prepared for by Paul. His style is friendly and professional, he helped with menu choices, providing our group of 10 with the option of different starters, mains and desserts as well as the most amazing canapes to get us in the mood. The quality of the food and his wonderful cooking skills ensured every course was met with delight by everyone, on top of this we were attentively taken care of by the wonderful Cathy who made sure the table looked fabulous and our glasses were constantly charged! To top it all off, the team cleared away as they had never been there. The whole experience was wonderful. If you are looking for a personal dinning experience with fantastic food and great service I’d highly recommend you give the team at Tailor Made Top Nosh a call, you won’t be disappointed!

We can’t thank you enough for making our anniversary lunch so special. You and your lovely waiting girls were so welcoming and nothing proved to be too difficult. The girls were so attentive to us and all our guests. When I tasted the first beignet, I thought if the lunch is like this…WOW - and it was! The whole meal could not be faulted
There were a lot of people not in their comfort zone as we had split everyone on to different tables. However, from the noise level and the subsequent comments not only had they enjoyed the company but everyone said the lunch was fantastic and to send their complements to you
For us it was a wonderful culmination to 50 years of marriage

We had a really wonderful stay at Zamani. Our expectations were exceeded in terms of the llocation and property. Truly beautiful. On top of that, the host was very welcoming and even answered some questions we had during the week, via sms.
The configuration of the house was ideal for a large group that included small children. We also hired a chef for one night - Paul at Tailor Made Top Nosh. I would highly recommend him. The food and service was outstanding and Paul was a very charismatic character. We would love to return another time!
Just a quick note to thank you for doing the catering on Saturday evening. Kathryn and Martyn were outstanding & the food was delicious and the service was excellent.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with both you and your team at the weekend. As it was my 15th Wedding Anniversary and we were renewing our vows & expectation was high for the food in the afternoon and you didn't disappoint. Everything was done with the minimum of fuss and David at the front of house was a superstar. All of our guests commented on the quality of the food especially that lemon tart. The whole operation was really slick and the kitchen was cleaner than when you went in there so many thanks for that!!

I just wanted to write on behalf of all of us to say thank you once again for such an amazing meal on Friday night. As hoped, Judy was truly surprised by the entire weekend but like the rest of us, cannot stop talking about how good the food was. Between us over the years we have eaten in some great restaurants but we all agreed that none of us had ever had meat so flavoursome and tender. All the main course accompaniments – from sauces to vegetables were perfect. Both starters were sublime and the puddings like a big hug at the end of the meal. We were all full to the brim by the end of the evening (some of us until quite late into the next day!!).
I think I can speak for all of us when I say, I hope we can use your culinary services again. Thanks again you to you and your colleague for a lovely evening

We have an incredible honeymoon thanks. In fact it was only surpassed by the great wedding day. Thank you so much for everything, there has been a constant thread of warm words for the food and service. There seems to be a general air of confusion about how you produced all the soufflé's!!
