Q. How do I decide on the menu?

 A. We will send you a range of seasonal menus in order to give you an idea of what we can offer. We welcome any thoughts, ideas & special requests that you may have, from a favourite dish of your own to catering for a special diet or allergy. We can then offer a range of specific bespoke menu suggestions from which you can then make your selection. Rest assured we are very flexible!
Q. Can I offer my guests a choice of dishes?

A. No problem whatsoever! Ideally it helps us to know what your choices are in advance, but it is perfectly possible to offer a choice on the day.
Q. I'm not sure if I have enough equipment!

 A. Whilst it is useful for us to know whether you have an Aga, gas hob or electric oven, we don't need an inventory! We bring our own pots, pans & utensils. We can supply crockery, cutlery, glassware, table linen & napkins if required
Q. When do you need to arrive?

A. The time that we need to arrive will depend on your menu selection, number of guests & so on. Generally speaking we try to be with you around 90 minutes prior to your guests' arrival. Whilst we prepare as much as possible in advance, we try & ensure that we cook everything to order in your home
 Q. Who will serve the food?

A. Our prices include the services of a waiter for the evening. They will set the table for you, help serve drinks & wine as well as the food & ensure that we leave everything spick & span!
Q. Who does the washing up?

A. We promise to leave your kitchen as we found it, with everything washed up, clean & tidy!
 Q. Can I supply my own wine & drinks?

A. No problem at all! However if you would like us to, we can offer help & guidance with the selection of your wines to complement your meal. We can also supply wine & drinks if you wish. Whatever you decide our staff will be on hand to serve your drinks for you
Q. I would like to offer canapés with drinks on arrival, can you do this for me?

A. We offer a wide choice of tasty canapés, just ask for a menu. We also serve petit fours with coffee
Q. Can I have some meals delivered for us to eat in our own time?

A. Yes, we can provide ready to eat hot meals, meals to re-heat as well as meals for the freezer. See food deliveries
Q. Can I buy a meal voucher as a gift?

A. We will be delighted to forward a gift voucher for any amount from £50 - £500 and then discuss with the lucky recipient all the relevant menu details
 Q. How much will it cost?

A. Each booking is priced individually, taking into account your menu choices, cost of the ingredients, the number of guests and your location. Please feel free to call or send an e mail to discuss your plans & get an idea of the cost. If you are organising a hen party for example and you have a budget to work to, just let us know! As soon as the menu has been finalised we will give you a guaranteed fixed price for the event
 Q. How do I pay?

A. A deposit will secure your booking with the balance payable a week in advance by BACS transfer
